After gaining a Joint Honours degree in sculpture and metawork from the Camberwell College of Arts - and brief stint as a commericail artist for Mambo International, I formed my first design company in 2006.
This company was heavily focused on high level corporate clients - and in order to keep my sanity, I balanced it out by taking on creative projects in fringe and youth theatre. This eventually led me to study for a masters in Graphic Moving Image at the London College of Communication (LCC).
Since graduating in 2011, I have been working as freelance designer in the fields of performance and exhibition, whilst retaining many of my graphic design clients.
The covid-19 lockdown afforded me the opportunity to return to the workshop environment and train as a contemporary cabinetmaker under Marc Fish and Theo Cook at Robinson House Studio. Having come almost full circle, I try to balance my time creating digital ouput with my practical making skills.
